The Ford GoBike System dataset includes information about individual rides made in a bike sharing system covering the greater San Francisco Bay area. The data consisted of around 180,000 customers' demographic characteristics as well as duration, information about start and stopping stations. Location (latitude & longitude) data was combined to create further understanding in the analysis.

After preliminary data exploration, data wrangling was done to clean the dataset. I've shared the summary of my findings below.

The distribution of the demographic characteristics of the customers shows that younger males born from the year 1998 - 1992 are the frequent users of the ride sharing service.

Market St. at 10th St. and San Francisco Caltrain station 2 are the most frequent starting and stopping stations of the customers.

we can observe a slight positive correlation between the displacement and duration. We can also observe a correlation between Start station Id and end station Id meaning we might be able to determine where a customer will go from their start station.

Younger users tend to use the service for longer duration and longer trips.
