I am a lifelong learner, who is highly motivated in making a difference in people’s lives by tackling the world’s pressing challenges. I believe the best way to approach these challenges, and ensure
sustainable development, is by facilitating the collaboration of people with diverse backgrounds and knowledge, thus allowing us to combine local knowledge with the latest advancements. With that goal in mind, I am constantly upscaling my skill set by obtaining various certifications. I am also a certified data analyst, who is promoting critical thinking and data driven decision-making, by sharing the projects I’m working on. I have more than 5 years of experience and a proven record of accomplishment of finishing projects under budget and within the approved schedule; by overseeing the construction of various, complex projects with contract amounts exceeding 300,000,000 birr. I also have worked in realizing various projects in non-profit organizations, which have had noteworthy impressions in our
